Manufacturing

How biomass fuels are produced

We manufacture biomass pellets and biomass briquettes from prepared feedstocks. The sequence below is illustrative.

Production workflow

Five typical stages in biomass densification. Icons are illustrative only—not photographs of our facility.

  1. Feedstock preparation

Biomass residues are received, screened, and prepared for size reduction and drying.

  2. Size reduction

Bulky material is reduced to controlled particle sizes before drying and densification.

  3. Moisture control

Material is dried toward moisture levels suitable for pelletizing or briquetting.

  4. Densification

Prepared biomass is compressed into pellets or briquettes.

  5. Packaging & dispatch

Finished fuel is weighed, bagged, and prepared for dispatch.

Technical documentation

The equipment roles listed below reflect typical process steps described in company technical documentation—they illustrate how biomass fuel can be produced, not a verified inventory of machinery at our site. Throughput figures, motor ratings, and similar catalog specifications are not shown here because they are reference data only, not confirmed operating capacity for our facility.

  • Primary size reduction — shredding of bulky feedstock.
  • Fine grinding — milling to controlled particle sizes.
  • Moisture control — drying before densification.
  • Material transfer — conveyors between modules.
  • Densification — briquette pressing and ring-die pelletizing.
  • Dust management — filtration during processing.
  • Finished goods — weighing and bagging.
